I am currently a Senior Research Manager at the Center for Innovation (C4i) at UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where I work in both the Law & Medicine Initiative and the AI & Innovation Law Institute. I am also an Affiliated Fellow at NYU's Information Law Institute. I was previously a Postdoctoral Scholar at UC Berkeley's Center for Private Law Theory and a Visiting Fellow at Yale's Information Society Project.
I received my JSD and LLM degrees from NYU School of Law, and my bachelor's degree in law and psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
I study information law, with a focus on the overlap between property and privacy. I am particularly interested in how commodification and control have been conceptualized in information privacy and copyright law, and the ways in which these concepts can accommodate different legal theories.
